Chapman Construction specializes in building condominiums for resort and residential purposes. Beginning in 1983 Chapman Construction designed, developed and built the Las Palmas Resort Community. The only resort of its kind in the St. George area, Las Palmas is made up of 21 condominium buildings, and features tennis courts, pools and fitness facilities. This truly family friendly resort is a popular vacation destination for families and has a large rental pool available. The last building was completed in 2006.
